This gentle clamping approach effectively protects delicate mold cavity surfaces, fine core pins and textured surfaces from impact damage, reducing mold repair frequency and extending tool life substantially for lock hardware production.

The clamping and precision mold height adjustment mechanism ensures even stress distribution across the entire mold parting line and highly repeatable mold alignment shot after shot.
